Cabin Ghost?

This is a small video clip taken from our lake community near the now deceased town of Allatoona. The motion lights which are turned down to low and only fire on IR/Motion did fire and all that was captured was an apparition rolling by. For the sake of argument these lights are not overly sensitive and require heat and motion to fire, the camera system also only recorded this event last night and nothing else, so this is neither a trick of motion lighting or faulty camera.
