Record lows were set in several Georgia cities as fall-like temperatures descended on the state.
In Atlanta, a low of 63F degrees Sunday morning matched the coolest July temp recorded set in 1967. The National Weather Service also reported other lows in the central and northern portions of the state. I observed lake cooled lows of 55F which climbed to 60F as the sun broke. Red Top Mountain could also be seen enveloped in fog of the early morning cool off. I grabbed a quick video of the fog and cool weather, some pics as well:
Man-made global warming is really killing us this year.
Now excuse me, I need to go and buy some carbon credits.
